Причины возникновения проблемы
Современная электронная сигарета имеет батарейный мод, оснащенный дисплеем и дополнительными опциями. Они дают возможность регулировать мощность, напряжение и другие ключевые показатели. Отдельный отсек позволяет настраивать парообразование, вкус по усмотрению курильщика.
В процессе эксплуатации ЭС возникает проблема, когда выполнены все действия, предусмотренные инструкцией, но пара нет и на дисплее появляется сообщение: atomizer short, что означает короткое замыкание.
Такая фраза может появиться на любом дисплее независимо какая используется электронная сигарета.
Проблема возникает, когда заблокирован мод, повредился атомайзер, неисправна база.
Чаще всего помогает тщательное протирание и сушка вот этой области. Так как именно туда может попасть жидкость и вызвать короткое замыкание.
Короткое замыкание может возникнуть по многим причинам:
- неправильная установка спирали (койла);
- не поставлен изолятор атомайзера;
- появление жидкости на коннекторе;
- атомайзер не достает до коннектора;
- ненадежный контакт, из-за которого возникает проблема.
При самодельном изготовлении и наматывании спирали курильщик часто допускает просчеты, из-за которых электронная сигарета перестает создавать пар. Проблема разрешается перемоткой койлов или заменой всего испарителя.

Некоторые курильщики при ремонте ЭС забывают установить изолятор. Итог – atomizer short. Проблема устраняется заменой изолятора, который сгорел, на новый, либо приобретается другой атомайзер.

When you see this error message please first be aware there is short circuit of your tank or your battery, the following is to find out which part is with problem.
1.Please ensure the resiatance of your tank > 0.1 Ω
2.Please take off the tank and make sure all screws of tank are tight, then click the fire button, after that place that tank back on, click "n" when it asks "is it a new coil" , if problem still remains please refer to next step.
3.Please try with other tanks or coils on your mod, and try the same tank on the other mods to check whether they work fine, this step is to confirm whether the problem is the tank.
4.If it is the mod issue, please try to upgrade the firmware of the mod if there is update.
5.If your vape is with built-in battery please stop using it and contact Smok after-sale service immediately.
